Delivery Charge

TMO has a standard delivery charge of £2.95 per order for large items of furniture ie: throws, lamps, mirrors, etc. please call or email for a quote.

Standard UK (* Next day delivery orders are sent out by business post and will require a signature. Please use an address where there will be someone to sign for the package. We are sorry that Throw Me Over cannot change a delivery address once the item has been dispatched. There is no next day delivery service on Saturday/Sunday. Throw Me Over does not take responsibilty for delays once item has left the premises.

Refunds

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, but if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 7 days of receiving your order.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post.

Goods are returned at your own cost. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

We will write to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks during busy times.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If you receive damaged / faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge)

Please call on 07812 540208 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Autorisation Number and instructions on how to return goods to us.
